The '''Jakarta Ministry''' was formed on 11 August 3024 following the 3024 general election as a coalition government between Kaitiaki Ropu and the [[CDR Union|CD/R Union]]. The election returned a hung assembly, in which no party or faction controlled an overall majority of the seats. Kaitiaki Ropu returned as the largest single party, while the Union emerged as the largest faction. Negotiations started on 9 August between Kaitiaki Ropu and the Union, as well as between Kaitiaki Ropu and the Socialists.
