Wiltshire provisional government

From TCH Archive

The Wiltshire provisional government was the interim administration that governed the state of Wiltshire in the immediate aftermath of the Wiltshire Civil War. The administration practically succeeded the Crawley Caretaker Ministry but legally is a distinct body designed as a "non-democratic government". Its primary responsibility was the scheduling and planning of the 3024 Wiltshire general election. The provisional government was led by two individuals: Luke Ford and Rufus Kaine, resulting in the short period of this government's administration being often branded as the Ford-Kaine ministry.

The provisional government was officially dissolved after the general election, which saw the election of X as Prime Minister.

Cabinet

Legally, the provisional government had no cabinet, as it was a non-democratic government. However, an unofficial cabinet of several individuals was formed, which oversaw the administration of a number of areas of government until the election.
