The Dual Hegemonies, or DH, was a Tauran Alliance between SMG and Haven that set out to eliminate the Elect Cosmopolitan States from the Tauran political theater. It was formed in secret when Haven shifted support from the ECS to SMG. It turned the tide of war against the ECS and led to the downfall of Taurus.
