Elizabeth Jenna Wilkie is a Wiltshirian diplomat, activist, and politician currently serving as foreign minister in the Labour government of Patrick Rivers. Her work in building the democratic alliance became known as the Wilkie doctrine, informing Wiltshire's foreign policy for the rest of the decade.
