Patrick "Paddy" Rivers (born 19 August 2975) is a Wiltshirian politician and statesman who is currently the governor-general of Wiltshire since May 3025. He is the first Wiltshirian head of state since the Wiltshire Civil War, and has overseen Wiltshire's transition back to a pseudo-democracy.
