The First Rook Government is the informal classification given to the political administrations led by the Duke of Mountbatten and the Duke of Alba during the period of the Partial Parliament of 3024. Formed by the Lord Maekar, Duke of Mountbatten, when he was appointed to the position of Lord Keeper of the King's Seal, the government has been instramental in passing legislation to shape the new Balancín Kingdoms. Mountbatten was replaced as Lord Keeper with Lord Jon Alba, the Duke of Alba, in March 3024, who continued much the same Rook administration.
The Rook administration was characterised by the continued economic leadership of the Duke of Valls as Lord Treasurer.
