Isabel (Isabel Mary Martell Caliban; 1 October 2855 - 17 April 2941) was Queen of Rockfield between 2908 and 2941 as the last Martell Queen of the Rock. Isabel is the longest serving and most recent female monarch in Rockfield's history. Isabel is considered one of the most international monarchs Rockfield ever had, becoming famous throughout the world. Her death in 2941 was marked by a day of mourning in nine countries, including Lancastria and Ecclesia.

Isabel was born on 1 October 2855 as the eldest child of Charles Martell, Duke of Talaga who would become King Charles V in 2859. For the first 13 years of her life, Isabel was the only child of Charles V and the presumed heir. However, in 2868, Charles V divorced his wife (Queen Matilda) and married Catherine of Burgundy. The marriage resulted in the birth of Alfonso, who would become the heir of the throne (due to male primogeniture). Isabel and Alfonso had a strained relationship, with resentment seeping from both sides. Isabel, resentful for her position as heir being taken away, and Alfonso, resentful for Isabel's position as their father's favourite child.

In 2899, Charles V died after a 40-year reign. Isabel's younger brother, Alfonso, became King Alfonso II and Isabel continue to live her life as a more private member of the royal family. Alfonso II's reign was, for the most part, shrouded over concern of a lack of an heir to the throne. Alfonso II had married his childhood best friend, Arya Senital, in 2890 and had yet to have a child. It was determined later, during Alfonso's reign, that Queen Arya was incapable of having children. Many within court urged Alfonso II to seek divorce. However, as a devoted follower of the Pontifical Church and believed to be deeply in love with his childhood best friend, Alfonso II refused. On 23 March 2908, Alfonso II died of a stroke and Isabel, as the only remaining heir, ascended to the throne as Queen Isabel.

Isabel reigned for 33 years in the first half of the 30th century and was instrumental in forging alliances for Rockfield abroad. Isabel married Daeron Caliban of the Romanian Kingdoms, forging a strong alliance with the Eastern European power. In addition, she married her eldest son, Philip, to the daughter of the King of Lancastria. The alliance between Rockfield and Lancastria was, as a result of this, the strongest it had ever been. Isabel continued to reign with high popularity at home and abroad. She would often embark on foreign tours, thus helping her popularity. It was said that Isabel became more popular in Lancastria than the Lancastrian monarch was at the time. Her death in 2941 was a solemn day across the world, with nine countries marking her passing with an official day of mourning and thousands taking to the streets across the world to commemorate her life. Isabel's body lied in state in Rockfield for twenty-days, in which over two-million people visited. Upon her death, her son Philip ascended to the throne as Philip III.
