The Wiltshire Liberal Party, or as it has become commonly known, the 3019 Liberal Party, was a breakaway faction of the National government of Jim Balfour during the Autumn of Discontent and Hurricane Sarina. Led by former Deputy Prime Minister Lucy Hobbs, the Wiltshire Liberal Party was a "governing force", with the hope of taking back control of government from Wiltshire First.

The 3019 Liberal Party had limited success and was eventually merged with the Audrick Hill-led factions of the Conservative Party to form the Liberal Conservative Party in early 3020.
