The City of Arches, or more commonly referred to simply as The Arches, is a constituent city and devolved region of the Wiltshire Republic. The Arches Settlement was one of the original 12 United Federation of Planets refugee settlements, uniting with the larger Juneville and Walkerton settlements to form the First Wiltshire Republic in 3009. Today, the Arches is the industrial heartland of Wiltshire, and is home to a majority of the country's factories and manufacturing base.
