The Morgan Ministry was formed on 13 August 3021 following Catherine Morgan's election as the leader of the Wiltshire Labour Party and her subsequent appointment as Prime Minister of Wiltshire. The Morgan Ministry is the third successive Labour ministry, following Jake Simpson's two governments and was formed following Simpson's death on 9 August 3021.
