Sir Alan Kelly (born 31 October 2972) is a Wiltshirian Labour Party politician and senior government minister currently serving as First Minister of State and Minister for Defence. Kelly served two non-consecutive terms as a Member of the Wiltshire National Assembly between April 3019 until September 3019 and again between February 3020 until present. Kelly was first appointed to the cabinet during the Ministry of Mark Edwin as Utilities Minister, being promoted to Foreign Affairs then to Defence following the July cabinet reshuffles. Kelly also took the role of First Minister of State, giving him ranking control (besides the Prime Minister) of the cabinet.
