Wulf Heisig (born March 1, 2550) is a corporate employee and former NCR government official who served as Assistant State Minister of Wiltshire prior to Wiltshirian Independence. Heisig is a self-declared fascist who was a big supporter of Florian Steinbauer and Samuel Thune. Heisig was agressively opposed to Wiltshirian Independence and is standing as the KRV party's candidate in the 3020 Wiltshire Presidential Election.

Little is known about Heisig's early life, besides the fact that he was an anti-alien advocate, against the United Federation of Planets and fundamentally opposed to the diversity that it promoted. Heisig, who fought for Chisel Enterprises during the Federation/C.E. war, has declared himself as the "Killer of Tarkinism".

As a political candidate in 3020, Heisig is running on a platform of ensuring Wiltshire re-join the New Corporate Republic and re-institute the racist, anti-Tauran policies of the Steinbauer regime.
