Template:Infobox characterFranklin Albert Morris (born May 31, 2975) is a Novanite politician who is currently serving as the 1st President of the Novanite Federation. He has previously served as Novenae's Health Minister under Director H.R.
Morris was born in Bern, Novenae, and was an important figure in the formation of the city of Corporations. He was first elected to the Novenae Parliament as a representative of the Tellar Communications Corporation, but following its dispassion, he was elected as a constituency MP for the capital district of Bern.
In 3019, following the formation of the Novanite Federation, Morris declared his candidacy on a platform of "a better deal" and the slogan "More with Morris". He was able to secure victory in the election and was sworn in as the 1st Novanite President on March 17, 3019. Morris' term will end on September 15, 3019. However, his Presidency has only just begun and will likely form the path forward for the future of the Novanite Federation.

Early Presidency
Morris was sworn into office on March 17, 3019, one week following his election. His first order of duty was to complete the establishment of the Federal Government and establish Washington E.R as the capital of the new Federation.
His first month in office saw the establishment of the Novanite Armed Forces (FAF) and the admission of Ibeeville into the Federation. The Ibeeville Provincial Admissions Act was the first bill he signed into law, but since then has signed the Engineering Corporate Act and the Terran Rights and Inclusion Act.
His actions within the Federation Armed Forces have led to numerous developments including the commissioning of the U.S.S. Enterprise and the ordering of the U.S.S. Franklin A. Morris and the U.S.S. Victoria.
