Revision as of 05:43, 17 November 2019

The Wiltshire Liberal Party, or as it more commonly known as simple the Liberal Party, is a liberal political party in Wiltshire. Currently led by former Deputy Director Lucy Hobbs, the party is contesting 200 of the 240 seats in the upcoming General Election and contesting all 40 seats in the Senate. The party was formally formed on November 15, 3019 after breaking away from the National Party (which was formed earlier the same year as a unified party of Liberals, Greens and Wiltshire First). Mostly comprised of former members of the Liberal Alliance Party, the new Liberal Party is based on economic centrism and pro-Novanitism.

The Liberals are the only major political party that are pro membership of the Novanite Federation and say that there shouldn't be a third referendum because we have just had a referendum, with a result to remain apart of the union. In the upcoming election, the Liberal Party will "form any government that will stop a right-wing, strongly anti-Novanite government forming".
