The Third Jaresh Inyo Ministry was the third administration led by Prime Minister Jaresh Inyo and the first ever coalition government in Wiltshire history, being formed on July 15, 3010 following the July 3010 General Election. This ministry served for 7 months until the February 3011 General Election where the ruling Conservative Party (Wiltshire) won a majority of seats. This was the longest of the four Inyo ministries and arguably the most affective.

The Third Inyo Ministry is best well known for a strong growing economy and the establishment of a properly functioning military. Despite a growing inequality between the richest and the poorest, Inyo remained incredibly popular as he was perceived as the strong leader of Wiltshire, allow him to win the February 3011 Election.

History and Formation

Prior to the formation of this government, Prime Minister Thomas Shore was unable to pass many of the policies he promised in the January 3010 Election. This was due to many factors, most notably a slim Socialist majority with many sympathetic towards Jaresh Inyo's newly formed Conservative Party. Despite Shore's best efforts to deliver universal healthcare and a social safety net, he was unable and Inyo used that fact to discredit Shore in the next election. During the election, those sympathetic towards Inyo broke away from the party (forming the Liberal Alliance).

Following the July 3010 Election, the Socialist Party remained the largest party in the Assembly. However, they were short of an overall majority. The newly formed Conservative Party and the newly formed Liberal Alliance Party formed the first ever coalition government, delivering Inyo into office for a third time. The most significant development during this was the establishment of the Civil Service. The Prime Minister was named the Minister for the Civil Service (a title that the Prime Minister holds to this day).

This government would serve the full duration of the 3rd Assembly. However, at the February 3011 Election, Jaresh Inyo's popularity returned him with a working majority without the support of the Liberal Alliance, ending the Third Inyo Ministry.
