Jaresh Inyo formed the Second Jaresh Inyo Ministry on September 16, 3009 following the election in the same month that left Inyo's National Party the only party in the first National Assembly of Wiltshire. The National Party won 51 out of 51 seats and Inyo was elected Prime Minister unanimously following the election. However, seeds of division started immediately.

Inyo began to establish the National Party as a pro-capitalist, centre-right wing party. However, many who supported the National Party because of their unifying nature were dissatisfied with this. Led by Trade Minister Thomas Shore, a group of 16 Assembly Members broke away from the government and formed a minority shadow government (where we get the terminology of a shadow cabinet from today). This government later formed into the Socialist Party which won the January 3010 Election.

History and Formation

The Inyo Caretaker Ministry (Wiltshire) was formed to establish the united government in Wiltshire. However, this government did little except plan and hold the first Election. This election delivered Inyo back with a massive mandate to begin to develop a government and governmental policies that he liked. However, many did not agree with his vision beyond the unified nature of government. The government was mostly united, until on November 18, 3009, Thomas Shore led a rebellion against the government. This rebellion caused the fall of the Banking and Personal Finance Act (which was seen as anti-socialist).

The most notable achievement of the Second Inyo Ministry was the establishment of the Wiltshire Treasury, which would be led by a Chancellor (according to the Wiltshire Exchequer Act of 3009)

In addition, Jaresh Inyo personally took the role of "Leader of the Assembly" and for the next several Prime Ministers, the roles would be held simultaneously.

Cabinet

The cabinet of the second Inyo Ministry was larger, due to the growth of eligible politicians.
