Luhi Berries	Reicala	Local Reicalan fruit sweet and spicy in nature when eaten. Typically made into sauce.
Sila Grass	Itretar, Reicala	An herb with a unique minty taste. Typically added in water to make a tea.
Gula Bulbs	Rhombia, Itretar, Reicala	A soft, squishy fruit often extracted for a molasses-like sweetener called Gulan, which is popularly added to dishes and snacks. Can also be eaten in bulb-form as a snack.
Halum Leaves	Itretar, Reicala	A cabbage-like vegetable, typically cooked.
Crestfish	Cisian Ocean, Teselia Sea, Nieuey Sea	A species of soft scaley fish commonly found throughout the equator oceans of Taurus. They average around 1.2-2.9 feet and highly sought after by the fishing industries of Dalkai and southern Oscdea. Known for its firm white meat in many dishes.
Noonbird	Sovokia, Separtia, Carelia, Oscdea, Dalkai, Haven, Swiftridge (seasonally)	A 5-7 foot land bird found throughout the grasslands of most Tauran continents. Commercially farmed or hunted in the wild for their breast meat or large eggs.

Lukhiva	Luhi Berries, Water.	A sweet and spicy sauce made from Luhi berries. A common Dalkaisk condiment that complements many Dalkaisk dishes.
Silitse	Sila grass, Gulan, Water	A grass tea made from adding a mixture of Sila grass and Gulan into water.
Cooked Halum	Halum leaves, Arinae oil, Salt	Cooked Halum leaves with added salt and oil for flavor.

Name	Description
Yunkai Berry	Grapefruit sized berry with a sweet fleshy texture. Ripe berries are often pinkish-white and are cultivated seasonally. Often found in mid-latitude forests throughout and originated in southern Oscdea and northern Reicala.
Narrsch	A vine-like narrow spice often found dangling from Narrsch trees. Their fragment aroma is often used for meat and stew products. Many Terrans would describe the spice as similar to 'salted onions.'
Leua Cubes	A cube-like fruit about the size of an apple with a porous texture. Often fried and served as a side dish.
Poljraseed	The seeds from the Poljra flowers.Often crushed and used as a spice seasoning for savory meals.
Cansh walker	A land mammal commonly farmed and butchered for meat, originated within the Lova`dia mountain range. Known for its soft and tender white meat and warm brown fur.
Poonsh	Aviary mammal found across eastern Oscdea and western Itretar. Know for its light brown meat.

Gretaru	Cansh Walker, Poljraseed, Narrsch, Itretar butter.	Often served on a long vertical stick and accompanied by loads of spices.
Jare Tehran	Tehran, Baruseed.	Large white, fluffy bun sliced and often eaten with meat or vegetables.
Poonsha Pods	Poonsh Meat, Gula Bulbs.	Grounded Poonsh meat served as bite-sized patties accompanied by a Gula Bulb mix underneath.
Lerkkai	Yunkai Berry, Tehran, Luhi Berries.	A sweet often made with Yunkai Berry, presented as a soft, white cake no bigger than the palm of a hand.

Tures Ceresi	Found only on Severo. This large mushroom is blue with patterns of brown colours on it with a whitish texture inside. When sliced and cooked the white insides of the mushroom will turn red and chewy, looking and tasting like a red piece of meat.
