The 4-DTO burst combat personnel rifle designed by the Nodsium-Udai Corporation serves as the current main combat rifle for all three military branches of Oscdean States.
Development
After the invasion of the Eastern Federal Republic during the October Conflict , Nodsium-Udai and the Unisah Corporation dived into a fierce competition on fulfilling a Oscdean corporate contract on who can produce a new design for a new type of main battle rifle. This contract was part of the Oscdean Buosi Indau, a massive reformation effort in technology and society to adapt and advance in the new world.
The design called for a preferably burst rate of fire rifle, and within two months, the 3-DTO was revealed to the Terram Auca for testing and diagnostics, which passed.
