Matthew Powell Warner (born 2 September 2962) is a Wiltshirian Labour Party politician who is currently serving in Mark Edwin's cabinet as Minister for Housing and Urban Development and Minister for Communities. Warner is a member of the Wiltshire National Assembly, being first elected in June 3020. Warner was previously an actor and theatre director, starring in Shiny Monday (3016) and The Land Beyond the Jungle (3018), as well as several others. Warner's political activism has been a constant throughout his life, campaigning for the reformation of the United Federation of Planets, for Frank Eddington's Socialist government, among many other things.
Warner was born in the British Isles, migrating to Doggerland to complete his education. He has lived in Wiltshire, and a Wiltshirian citizen, since 3001.
