Admiral Marshall Langley Achebe (1 April 2935 - 28 January 3007) was a Federation solider, military commander and Star Fleet officer who served as Commander Star Fleet (highest ranking Star Fleet officer) during the tenure of the Second United Federation of Planets, between 2986 until 2998. Achebe led Star Fleet during the Federation/C.E. war, which would see the end of the Federation. Achebe retired to the Wiltshirian plains, joining Jaresh Inyo's migration to the region. While he would not see Wiltshire form into a full state, Achebe publicly supported it. His son, Marshall Kim Langley Achebe II, would become the Governor-General of Wiltshire and the most prominent black politician in the country.
