Helen Richards (born 28 December 2958) is a Wiltshirian lawyer and politician who is the elected Mayor of Arches. Richards, a Liberal Conservative, won her election to become Mayor of Arches in the October 3020 Wiltshire Local Elections. Considered apart of the moderate wing of the party, Richards previously served as the Arches' Council Leader and has been an active member of the City Council since 3015. Before entering the City Council, Richards was the Council's legal attorney. She also clerked for Judges in the Arches Magistrates Court.
Her election as Mayor was uncontroversial. She was apart of the Liberal Conservatives' landslide local election victories.
