Sir Harold Richard "Harry" Sumner LLB (born 9 February 2974) is a Wiltshirian judge, lawyer and academic who currently serves as the Chief Justice of the Juneville City Circuit Court. Justice Sumner was first appointed by Prime Minister Fillmore Grey in 3019 to serve in the position, after a four-year tenure as solicitor general of Wiltshire between 3015 and 3019. His legal career starting in 3008 when he was hired as an associate solicitor at a Rockfield law-firm Hacker & Souter. Eventually, in 3014, Sumner was appointed the legal advisor to Prime Minister Martin Banks, before eventually being appointed Solicitor-General in 3015. Justice Sumner has been called "the liberal guard" on constitutional matters, with several key constitutional cases being decided by the Juneville Courts - often regarded as the most senior in Wiltshire.
Among his influential cases are the Tillibet vs Harin case, which enshrined a Tauran's right to public housing as a "resident" of Wiltshire in 3020 and the Corin vs City of Juneville case which declared that the City government did not have the authority to cease an individual's property under Section B.23 of the Local Government and Devolution Act.
