Overseer <2> is the governor of the Nightland's civilian industry, and is one of the few Nightlings that retained some level of morality. He is capable of being well-spoken and dignified, but he often reveals his rotten personality to those he looks down upon, and there are very few he truly respects, even among the Overseers.
In the eyes of the other Overseers he is seen as nothing more than a coward, especially <6> who perceives him as a hindrance to the state. His mercy towards his human slaves and Nightling subordinates, and his diplomatic mindset only further lowered the other Overseers' confidence in him.
