The Parliament of Lancastria, officially the Parliament of the Lancastrian Federation, is the supreme legislative body of Lancastria. A bicameral body, Parliament is comprised of two houses: the democratically elected House of Commons represents the people of Lancastria and the appointed Senate represents the Local Administrations of Lancastria's seven localities. Parliament is tasked with the creation of new legislation and the modification of existing legislation, as well as being the base of executive power within Lancastria. The Prime Minister and their cabinet wield executive power through their ability to command confidence in the House of Commons.

Elections to the House of Commons takes place every August, with 70 electoral districts electing one MP. Prior to the election of the House of Commons, the reigning Monarch dissolves Parliament. After the election, the House of Commons must elect a Prime Minister who is then formally appointed by the reigning Monarch.
