Benoit Mitterand Chirac (born 29 September 2964) is a Dakoan author, activist and political leader who served as Secretary of State of Lorikeet between December 3016 until March 3018. Chriac has been labeled one of the leaders of the Lorikeet independence movement. Chirac's political affiliation is of the Dakoan Unionist Party (DUP). However, during his tenure as Secretary of State, he was a member of the Lorikeet Progressive Party.
