The Harrow-class destroyer serves the purpose of being an anti-fighter ship in the Dark Angels Navy. In a fleet, there are ships that serve the function of being anti-capital ship and ships that server the function of being anti-fighter. Harrower ships are usually located on the outer and mid sections of fleets in order to stop any quick and nimble fighters from getting through to the center of the fleet.
