Uterna is a planet located within the Ustaru Vastra Cluster. There is very little data about the planet, and only discovered by the Oscdean State in early 3020.
Discovery
The location of the Uterna planet was located after a strip of ring gas revealed its solar system, prompting the Oscdean colony on Orcana to send a expedition fleet to the planets surface.
A week after rift drive, the expedition ships arrived at the planet, but noting an odd magnetic-sphere on the planets axis’s, prompting the planet to spin vertically rather than horizontally.
Within the expedition fleet, two Norus Class frigates: the Retaru I and the Ytrisa I were dispatched to the planets surface while the cruiser Hetarvn Opbru I remained in orbit to analyze the planets geographcial features.
Unforeseen Consequences
Fulfilling the expectations predicted by researchers on Orcana, Uterna is a lush -temperate planet with a abundance of wildlife and a endless variety of biomes. Reports from expeditions squads also noted of ancient manmade structures, indicating that the planet was indeed populated by an ancient civilization.
