Clarke Industries (or as it would later become known as Clarke Enterprises) was a trading and manufacturing corporation that operated in North America throughout the late 24th century. The corporation was founded by Kevin F. Clarke and would later become under the control of Connor Clarke. Connor Clarke, who served in as United Federation of Planets Vice President and Starfleet Admiral, ran the corporation for many years until his death. Upon his death, the corporation became under direct control of the HYDRA Syndicate as apart of SHIELD.
