The City of Washington, or more commonly known as Washington E.R is a city in western Doggerland which is the fourth city of the Wiltshire Federal Republic.
The city was founded to serve as the capital city of the Terran Federation, and many Federation Presidents served from Washington E.R. However, following the C.E/Federation war and the collapse of the Federation, the city became independent. However, the city later joined the Wiltshire Federal Republic to become it's fourth constituent city. First Minister Toby Wallis became the first Mayor of Washington.
Since January 3019, Washington E.R has been apart of the Northern Novanite Federation as a result of the Wiltshire NNF Membership Referendum.
