Barkshire is a city and member of the Eastern Federal Republic. Barkshire was split off from Byfair during a regional territorial re-organization and put in control of giratina1999. Barkshire prides itself as the central hub for Superlink and it's affiliates. Once a thriving industry town, Barkshire has seen a spike in crime throughout 3019.
