Gavin Thompson is a Wiltshirian civil servant and central banker who has been the governor of the Wiltshire Reserve since 5 February 3023. Additionally, he has been chairman of the Financial Stability Board since 3024. Thompson has led Wiltshire's central bank through the Wiltshire Civil War and during its tenure as a subject of the Balancín Kingdoms. As a result, he has been described as Wiltshire's "most reliable politician", and has been credited for preventing total economic collapse during these crises.
