Government of the Balancín Kingdoms

The government of the Balancín Kingdoms, formally and legally known as His Majesty's Government, is the central executive authority of the Balancín Kingdoms. The government is officially a trigonal government, with three heads operating in a hierarchy. The three heads of the government are: His Majesty King Maximilian II (as Lord of the Balancín Kingdoms); the Lord Keeper of the King's Seal (as temporal leader); and the Archbishop of St. Alfonso's (as spiritual leader). The concept of trigonal government comes from the geometric shape of a triangle: the apex being that of the Crown, and the two remaining vertices being the temporal and the spiritual leaders (nominated by Parliament as the Lord Keeper and the Archbishop of St. Alfonso's). Aside from the leadership, there are several executive offices which exist that function operationally.

The Balancín Kingdoms is divided into several kingdoms, principalities, and guild sectors, each of which are further subdivided into duchies. The Balancín structure of feudal authority incentivises the creation of hierarchies and sublayers, with even many duchies being further subdivided into earldoms.

The Kingdom of the Rock

The Kingdom of the Rock is the oldest and most senior of the Balancín Kingdoms. It is divided into six duchies, which are as follows:

• Duchy of Iberia
• Duchy of Belemadena
• Duchy of Ander

The Free City of Southern Bonitana

The Free City of Southern Bonitana is divided into four duchies, which are as follows:

• Duchy of Alba
• Duchy of Carolina
• Duchy of San Mendoza

The Kingdom of Shipley and the Marches

The Kingdom of Shipley and the Marches is divided into three duchies:

• Duchy of Estaire
• Duchy of Farleigh
• Duchy of Shipley

The Principality of the Newton

The Principality of the Newton is a single, unitary authority and thus is not subdivided into duchies. There are some minor earldoms, however, who lease directly from the Prince of the Newton.

The Kingdom of the Wilts

The Kingdom of the Wilts consists of the three cities of Juneville, the Arches, and Walkerton. Each city is subdivided into two duchies, creating the following duchies:

The Grand Duchy of Minevgrad

The Grand Duchy of Minevgrad is divided into two minor duchies:

The Daokan Kingdom of Lorikeet and Heuvelberg

The Daokan Kingdom of Lorikeet and Heuvelverg is subdivided into four duchies, as follows:
