The city of Avalon is regarded as an engineering wonder and a cultural centre of the Oscdean State. The city is over-loomed by tall skyscrapers and integrated ship-docks, with hyper rails and and airchasers, a true urban jungle. Avalon is the capital beacon of the Oscdean State.
The Esdaunturna
One of the most notable features of Avalon is the Esdaunturna, or most commonly know as the State Hall. A monolithic building, the Esdaunturna serves as the workplace and residence of the Arunam Obveron, along with the entire pillar council. Other than the workplace of the Obveron, the building also consists of international meeting halls, command centers, convention centers, private residences, a hyper rail station, diplomatic quarters, and a hanger bay.
