The Witan of David-Eli Attlee is the cabinet government of the United Balancín Kingdoms of Wiltshire and the Rock. Formed by Prime Minister David-Eli Attlee when he was appointed Lord Keeper of the King's Seal, the Attlee Witan is officially a grand coalition of all political parties, with the exception of the Grasshoppers. The Witan was invested by Queen Rose in November 3024 following the formalisation of the Act of Union.
In December 3024, Attlee announced his intention to stand down as Prime Minister and Lord Keeper. He was replaced shortly by XX, who formed the XX Witan.
