The Third Loynd Ministry was a Conservative-led government which ruled Wiltshire from September 3015 until the landslide election of Frank Eddington in January 3016. This government was a formal coalition between the Conservative Party and the Liberal Alliance Party, forming a majority. However, it did oversee the largest economic crisis in Wiltshire's history.

Following the September 3015 Election, the country had, mostly, turned against the Conservative Party. At this point, the biggest thing keeping them in power was a growing Communist vote. The formal coalition between the Liberals and the Conservatives was formed, however, many in the Liberal Party were still apprehensive about serving within another Conservative government. They worried that the worsening economic situation would lead to electoral disaster, which it did (the Liberal Alliance seats were halved in the next election).

This government is most notable for its handling of the 3015 Wiltshire Economic Crisis - which it did badly. The economy was not recovering and many looked towards a left-wing alternative.
