The Lassiter Caretaker Ministry was formed on X X 3024 by L. Owen Lassiter upon his appointment as Prime Minister of Wiltshire by King George and Queen Victoria. Lassiter's caretaker government immediately assumed the operation of the humanitarian missions being conducted by the Murcian Army, as well as the Royal Purse. Lassiter's first objective was the re-establishment of the Wiltshire National Assembly through democratic election. His ministry appointed five ministers, in addition to himself; one of which was the Minister for the Constitution, who had purview over the 3024 Wiltshire general election.

Lassiter I only lasted four weeks and was replaced with Lassiter II after the general election - a majority Conservative government.
