Señor Presidente del Consejo del Rey (English: Lord President of the King's Council), unofficially simply the Lord President, is the executive head of government of Rockfield and leader of the King's Council. Traditionally, the role of Lord President was held by the King's most senior advisor. However, since the restoration of the monarchy, the Lord President has been synonymous with the former role of El Presidente de la Roca (the head of government).
The office was rebranded from El Presidente to the Lord President following the re-ascension of King Charles VI. However, the office was still held by Emiliano Matias Alejandro. Unlike the presidency before it, the Lord Presidency is a position appointed by the King himself and the ruling Partido Socialista had little say in its appointment. The Balancín Cortes Generales also has no veto over the appointment of the Lord President, as it did during the interregnum when Rockfield was a republic.
