Lord Balthazar Dorcas, Duke of Terrace is a Balancín noblemen and political leader. Formerly one of Maekar's Earls, Lord Balthazar was created Duke of Terrace in April 3024 by King Maximilian II. As Duke of Terrace, he was given administrative responsibility for the incorporation of Juneville into the Balancín Kingdoms.
