Also known as "The Peacekeeper." He is known for his frequent visits and regular observations of the other Overseers. He does not fear challenging his peers to guarantee their loyalty and discipline, which often leaves him disliked by most Overseers. He has an extreme obsession for stability, and will not leave even the slightest mistake unpunished.
Fearing for his life, not because of self preservation, but because of a genuine belief that he is the only one that can keep the Nightlands together, he built himself an exoskeleton crudely made with scrap metal and other materials, giving him the appearance of a stumbling metal monster.
