Catherine Anne Morgan (born 8 October 2958) is a Wiltshirian and Minevgradian politician who is the 2nd Mayor of Minevgrad. Morgan, a member of the Wiltshire Labour Party, has been described as the party's "brightest hope" for their electoral future and is one of Labour Leader Jake Simpson's closest advisors. Morgan led Labour to victory in the Minevgrad Local Elections, winning a shocking majority victory. This is Labour's first ever local government council majority and their first ever local government control in Minevgrad. Morgan, a moderate social democrat, has served in past-Labour governments, such as that of Prime Minister Henry Campbell-Trenneman as a special advisor on the integration of Minevgrad into the Wiltshire Republic.
Morgan's tenure as Mayor has been dominated by the NCR/IDO War, to which she has introduced and managed the city's participation in the rationing policy and the Dig for Victory Campaign.
