Built secretly near the moon of Titan, this technological terror was built to serve as the Arbiter's personal flagship. Interior features of the ship include control rooms, weapons system rooms, generator rooms, bedrooms, locker rooms, medical bays, detentions cells, engineering rooms, weapons depots, hangars, cargo holds, cryotube rooms, a mess hall, armories, a large war room, a large bridge, and a throne room.
