Elected in early 3018 as Arunam Obveron to represent the Oscdean States for their arrival in Terra, the NFR since then has orchestrated the rise of the Oscdean cities in western Doggerland and became a voice for the Tauruan nations who came and settled on Doggerland.

The NFR was born and raised in the newly established Oscdean Frontlands, a promising region of vast continents and oceans near Taurus’s equaitor.
