The Vindictus Ove serves as the naval branch of the Oscdean States. It is the largest and most capable naval force, with more than 6 different class types of ships ranging from frigates, destroyers, battleships, and carriers.

For a long time, the dominant force in the Alphian Federation was its air superiority, but was inferior to the many air powers in the East and Southern continents. The founding of the Vindictus Ove can be traced back to the launched of the Mordolin Pod, the Rift Drive, and the Ceres Class destroyer in 2299 by the Alphian Federation. With a need for a well established naval branch, Cossus Nopulus officially founded the Vindictus Ove in 2300 as a mean to establish national power against Haven.
