H.R is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk, surgeon, and politician currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae. Hailing from a small village in Tibet, HR spent most of his childhood as a practicing Buddhist, before eventually apostatizing and becoming and graduating with a specialty in trauma medicine. H.R published several papers on the scientific potential of biomimetics, he was deported from Nepal for illegally implanting bionic limbs without a valid license, and moved to Singapore hoping to find new work.

Not much is known of H.R.'s early life, apart from what he reveals to the press and scattered records that are, so far, unconfirmed.
