H.R is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk, combat medic, and politician currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae. Hailing from a small village in Tibet, HR was drafted into the military as a combat medic, before fleeing from his kingdom following the disappearance of his family.
Early Life
HR was born January 20, 2983 in one of the Tibetan warring kingdoms, though it is not known which. His father worked in the civil service, and HR was given the opportunity of witnessing the inner workings of a functioning government, an experience that would prove useful later in his career.
HR recalls his childhood as "peaceful" but acknowledged the looming threat of an invasion from a warring kingdom. This threat was realized when, at 17 years old, soldiers from the Gyatso Drakthonpa tribe launched an invasion of HR's own kingdom. He signed up for the military, taking on the role of combat medic.
Return from the Military
HR fulfilled his conscription and returned to find his home village burned to the ground, his parents missing. Being an only child and having no other family to go to, HR reportedly trekked through the Tibetan wilderness for several weeks unaccompanied.
It would be several years before any other record of HR would appear, in 3007 he was pulled over in the Philippines for speeding. He was later seen moving towards Europe, eventually settling in the British Isles in 3008. Here he would receive his education, and become accustomed with the western world and its' values.
