H.R. is a Nepalese-Tibetan former Buddhist monk currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae.
Early Life
H.R.'s early life was spent in a small village in Tibet, isolated from the rest of the world. His life consisted mostly of manual labor, as well as learning Buddhist at school that he would carry into his position as Prime Minister.
H.R.'s first big city experience came when he was allowed to accompany his father on a business trip to Tokyo's business district in Japan. Seeing the "clean, organized yet intricate" nature of the Japanese metropolitan area amazed him at a young age.
At 18, H.R. left his home village and headed straight for Japan, taking various jobs in urban planning and administration. Unsatisfied with the political turmoil that seemed to envelope most of Asia, H.R. fled for Europe, living in Amsterdam for the rest of his adult life.
Upon the announcement of Novenae's construction, H.R. was put into office to head the construction by the powers vested in the TCH directorate.
