Also known as "The Collector." He is known for his strong self control, and compassionate attitude to those that benefit the Nightlands. Being the Overseer with the greatest tolerance for humanity, he does not shy from interacting and forming social relationships with them, allowing him to serve as a balancer to the other Overseers' sadistic or apathetic treatment of non-Nightlings.
