The Cabinet of the Pontifical Church (occasionally referred to in the ancient style as the "curia") is the central governing body of the Pontifical Church assisting the Pontifex, overseeing all top level church departments called "congregations." The cabinet is responsible for the administrative, judicial, and diplomatic affairs of the Holy See.
Not to be confused with the Cabinet of the Pontifical States, the secular administration of the Pontifical States.
