== Early Life ==
Not much is known of H.R.'s early life, apart from what he reveals to the press and scattered records that are, so far, unconfirmed. H.R reportedly spent most of his childhood in a small village, tucked away in the Tibetan mountains. After spending his teen years as a monk serving at the local monastery, H.R abandoned the monastery to pursue a career in medicine.

H.R received his medical degree from Nepal Medical College. Finding the Nepalese medical scene unsatisfactory, he moved to Singapore and joined the Armed Forces, hoping to get some experience under his belt. He was deployed to various war zones throughout China, tending to some of the most egregious injuries that resulted from war. From the battlefield, he wrote several papers that he would go on to publish which heavily supported the science of biomimicry, or technology imitating biology.

Upon his acquittal from the army H.R began offering prosthetics to those who could not afford them at a severely discounted price, at the cost of the procedure being rather haphazard. H.R's operating room was located in the basement of a Chinese restaurant on Orchard Road, and many of his sanitation procedures were not up to code. The Singaporean police caught wind of this unauthorized practice, and H.R was ordered deportation or possible jail time. H.R chose the former.

=== '''Political Career''' ===
Through methods unknown, H.R became aware of Novenae's need for a Prime Minister. His political campaign met with great success due to his friendly demeanor, peaceful yet practical mindset, and concern for his citizens.
