H.R is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk, surgeon, and politician currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae. Hailing from a small village in Tibet, HR spent most of his childhood as a practicing Buddhist, before eventually apostatizing and pursuing a career in trauma medicine. H.R published several papers on the scientific potential of biomimetics, before being deported from Singapore for illegal prosthetic experiments.

-Not much is known of H.R.'s early life, apart from what he reveals to the press and scattered records that are, so far, unconfirmed. H.R reportedly spent most of his childhood in a small village, tucked away in the Tibetan mountains. After spending his teen years as a monk serving at the local monastery, H.R abandoned the monastery to pursue a career in medicine.
