H.R is a Nepalese-Tibetan ex-Buddhist monk, surgeon, and politician currently serving as the 1st Prime Minister of Novenae. Hailing from a small village in Tibet, HR spent most of his childhood as a practicing Buddhist, before eventually apostatizing and pursuing a degree in trauma medicine. H.R published several papers on the scientific potential of biomimetics, before being deported from Nepal for illegally implanting bionic limbs without a valid license. Shortly after, he was made aware of the need for a Prime Minister of Novenae and won the majority vote of the elections, despite no prior political experience.
